Summary of Fees and Service

We offer a full property consultancy and acquisition service and will manage the process from negotiation of the purchase through to its completion.  We charge our clients a competitive fee of 1% plus Valued Added Tax (VAT) of the purchase price.

Our fee includes the following services:

  • Sourcing and identification of properties to match clients’ budget and criteria.
  • Undertake market research to identify areas offering best yields and capital growth.
  • Provide investment property options for approval.
  • Negotiate best possible purchase price.
  • Provide access to discounted legal services (Conveyancing Solicitor), often representing a discount in the region of 50% when compared to typical London rates.
  • Recommend Conveyancing Solicitor and Surveyor (where necessary) and liaise with them direct.
  • Monitor and provide regular progress reports.
  • Manage the entire process from agreement of purchase through to completion.

Following completion of the purchase; with over twenty years’ experience, Hill-Mathieson & Partners will provide a full letting and management service providing clients with a regular and sustained rental income.
