We offer a full property consultancy and acquisition service and will manage the process from negotiation of the purchase through to its completion. We charge our clients a competitive fee of 1% plus Valued Added Tax (VAT) of the purchase price.
Our fee includes the following services:
- Sourcing and identification of properties to match clients’ budget and criteria.
- Undertake market research to identify areas offering best yields and capital growth.
- Provide investment property options for approval.
- Negotiate best possible purchase price.
- Provide access to discounted legal services (Conveyancing Solicitor), often representing a discount in the region of 50% when compared to typical London rates.
- Recommend Conveyancing Solicitor and Surveyor (where necessary) and liaise with them direct.
- Monitor and provide regular progress reports.
- Manage the entire process from agreement of purchase through to completion.
Following completion of the purchase; with over twenty years’ experience, Hill-Mathieson & Partners will provide a full letting and management service providing clients with a regular and sustained rental income.
